Around five thousand employees in Italy will each receive up to fourteen thousand nine hundred euros, which converts to roughly eighteen thousand dollars at current rates. Even though the company delivered slightly fewer vehicles in twenty twenty-five compared to the prior year with thirteen thousand six hundred forty units shipped, its financial performance soared. Net revenues climbed seven percent to seven point one billion euros while operating profit rose twelve percent to two point one billion euros. High profit margins fueled by personalization options and the brand’s focus on exclusivity played a key role in this success rather than sheer volume. Production for twenty twenty-six is already fully sold out and orders for twenty twenty-seven are nearly complete which signals sustained strong demand.

Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna highlighted the importance of this reward during the latest earnings discussion pointing out that the bonus acknowledges the vital contributions from everyone at the company. The total amount distributed reaches about seventy-five million euros across the eligible staff. This figure marks a step up from previous years demonstrating a consistent trend of increasing recognition as performance improves. Looking ahead the company continues its ambitious path with plans to introduce twenty new models by the end of the decade. The first fully electric Ferrari named Luce is set to arrive this year marking a significant shift while still preserving the brand’s heritage. Ferrari estimates that by twenty thirty about eighty percent of its lineup will retain internal combustion engines split between hybrids and pure gasoline powertrains. Executives emphasize that traditional engines have not yet reached their full potential and ongoing development aims to meet stricter environmental rules without sacrificing thrilling performance.
